Refund policy


Original Artwork (Non-Commissioned)

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and fragile, returns are only accepted if the buyer ships the artwork back in its original packaging, fully insured, and in the same condition it was received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, I’m happy to provide additional information or images before you commit.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned pieces are created just for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom work. I provide updates and opportunities for feedback during the process to ensure we’re aligned creatively. Final payment is due upon completion, prior to delivery or shipping.


Damaged Shipments

 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the artwork and packaging.

If damage occurred in transit, I will work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a repair, refund, or insurance claim—on a case-by-case basis.
